Terms and conditions

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, I am obligingly signing the person listed in the registration form at the AL DENTE PRAGUE DENTAL CONGRESS 2022 held from 6th until 7th May 2022 at the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague.

Participant at the AL DENTE PRAGUE DENTAL CONGRESS 2021 may be person with a valid registration. By submitting an order via online registration or e-mail, the subscriber agrees to these terms and conditions and to the processing of provided personal data for the purpose of organizing the event, until the written withdrawal of this consent. The registration and the conclusion of the participant agreement between the event organizer and the participant is completed by paying the participation fee.

PRICE OF THE CONGRESS FOR PARTICIPANTS ACCORDING TO THE DATE OF REGISTRATION:
Registration until 20th March 2022 342 €
Registration until 30th April  2022 382 €
The above-mentioned prices for participation at the congress are only valid if the participation fee is paid no later than that date (until 20th March 2022: 342 €). Otherwise, you will lose your discount. In the case that the participation fee is not paid until 29th April 2022, the participant loses the right to attend the congress.

THE CONGRESS FEE INCLUDES:
Possibility to attend lectures and meals throughout the conference (2 x lunch, coffee and snacks during the day). The possibility of attending one of the workshops and gala dinner is paid by the participant beyond the congress price.

CANCEL FEES:
Due to the postponement of the congress date, you can request a refund of 100% of the amount paid by February 28th 2022. From 1st  until 27th March 2022 – 40 €; from 28th March until 28th April 2022 – 50% off; from 28th April 2022 – 100% off. If the participation fee has already been paid and you cannot attend the congress for some reason, you can find a replacement for yourself. The organizer may, upon mutual agreement, approve this substitution of participants without charging any cancellation fees.

The organizer reserves the right to make any changes to the program. The organizer assumes no responsibility for injuries or illness of the persons involved, as well as for property damage or financial loss during the congress.
